Enter or nominate for PWA Islas Canarias Windsurfing Excellence Awards

by Chris Yates on 28 Nov 2012
The race for the PWA Islas Canarias Windsurfing Excellence Awards is beginning to heat up as the competition heads towards its climax. Since their launch in June this year, windsurfers from all across the world have been entering or nominating entries for the awards, now the deadline for entries is in sight as the competition shall conclude in January 2013.

So, if you haven’t either entered yourself or nominated another windsurfer for an outstanding piece of windsurfing supremacy, which took place in 2012, then don’t wait any longer, otherwise you may miss out on the opportunity completely. Remember that you don’t need to be a pro to enter and your entry can be from free sailing rather than only contest based.

The PWA would also, once again, like to thank the Islas Canarias because without their sponsorship these awards would not be possible. The Canaries are a beautiful and special place with stunning scenery, beautiful beaches and wall-to-wall sunshine meaning there is something for absolutely everyone. Furthermore the wide range of conditions on offer year round, mean that whether you are a radical wave head or a family looking for a tranquil retreat, these islands possess the magic to far surpass your dreams.

All that’s left for you to do is to head over to the PWA website and fill out the submission form combined with your link, of either an image or video clip, which you would like to nominate. Your fate from there is in the hands of the PWA committee. If you don’t have your entry online at this present time, then don’t worry you can still enter. Simply send us an email to awardsentry@pwaworldtour.com with your entry attached and you will instantly be entered into the awards.

Lastly, good luck and what are you waiting for...send your entry(s) in PWA World Tour website
