The Sydney International Boat Show sees the World & Australian Premiere of the Bavaria Cruiser 34 - 2 Cabin version. The new Cruiser 34 offers more space and more comfort than ever before with a bigger cockpit, dual helms and ergonomically designed seating. This is the first time the entry level Bavaria cruiser has been offered in twin helm!
The first advantage of the dual helm is optimising the view of the sails, course and crew offering not only a great safety feature but increased sailing pleasure.
The second advantage is that the cockpit offers a lot MORE space leading from the bathing platform up to the companionway. So at anchor or mooring you have more space for your on-board living lifestyle. Trimming the sails is an easy experience for the crew. The main sheet is led on the roof and the fore sail is trimmed via winches from the cockpit, all of which are conveniently within reach of the helmsman.
Below deck, the Cruiser 34 offers a spacious and comfortable layout with space for friends and family in either the two cabin version that will be making its world debut at the Sydney International Boat Show or the three cabin version offering generous space with ample storage. A large L-shaped, well equipped galley will make food preparation a joy. The Cruiser 34 actually offers unbelievable space for the size of the yacht.
On the production side, the Cruiser 34 uses Isophthalic acid (IPA) resins in the outer layers, during the laminating process, which ensure the hull is of the highest quality. This offers effective protection against osmosis and increases the longevity of the Cruiser 34.
Staying true to Bavaria’s build philosophy of high structural integrity the deck is reinforced with aluminum sheets. In the so-called 'marrying' process shortly before the end of production, the deck and hull are both screwed (mechanically and chemically) glued together for extreme stability and high durability.
The Cruiser 34 features the sleek lines FARR YACHT DESIGN in the US are famous for, and the layout below deck comes from the experienced team of BAVARIA YACHTS and Design Unlimited in England.
